I have more than 11 years of experience working as Systems Administrator/ Analyst in Telecom/ Contact Center which gives me strong technical background to support my skills and knowledge. I have worked as Solution Architect for IP telephony and Contact Centers. I have gained detailed knowledge working with Avaya technologies such as Communication Manager, G450 and G650 gateways, port networks, T1/PSTN carrier services, Call Management System, Interactive Response, Voice Portal and Modular Messaging Server. I also have very good experience in Voice XML based application design and integration with CRM systems for CTI screen-pop to agent Desktop.

I have experience in different Microsoft Technology such as Windows 2003 Server with Active Directory, MS Exchange Server 2003 in Cluster environment, MS SQL 2000 server in cluster environment, SMS 2003 and Share point 2003. I have also acquired ITIL foundation and ITIL practitioner for Release, Change and Configuration Management which helps me building CMDB for Virgin Mobile.
