Information Technology professional with extensive experience in variety of Telecommunication Technologies, Infrastructure and databases. I have total 8 years of experience working as Systems Administrator and Infrastructure Specialist in Information technology which gives me strong technical background to support my skills and knowledge. Currently I am working with Virgin Mobile Canada where I have gained detailed experience working with different Microsoft Technology such as Windows 2003 Server with Active Directory, MS Exchange Server 2003 in Cluster environment, MS SQL 2000 server in cluster environment, SMS 2003 and Share point 2003. I have also acquired ITIL foundation and ITIL practitioner for Release, Change and Configuration Management which helps me building CMDB for Virgin Mobile. My current duties include support of Voice Over IP based Avaya Call Center, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Voicemail systems.

At Bell Canada, I have supported LAN and WAN for more than 1400 users. I have worked with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003. I have designed, planned and migrated Windows NT domain to Windows 2003 Active Directory services. Also have experience in installation and configuration of Internet Information Server, FTP server and other Microsoft Technology. I have installed and configured SQL server version 7.0 and version 2000 in clustered environment.

As you will see from my resume, I am well conversant with deployment of new projects, restructuring the network including hardware and software. I have worked as a System Administrator for the network of more than 1400 clients leading a team of four Network Technicians.
